The project scope focused on delivering a secure, connected, and fully integrated environment. Key systems included enterprise ICT and structured cabling for high-density connectivity, campus-wide IP CCTV surveillance, and encrypted access control with video intercom for resident verification. Perimeter intrusion monitoring was implemented to enhance safety, while unified ELV systems integration ensured seamless interoperability across security and ICT platforms. The project was finalized through comprehensive programming, rigorous testing, and commissioning to guarantee reliable, turn-key operational readiness.
